This teacher supply and demand projection is intended to identify the number of teachers that school districts in Region 4 ESC will need to recruit for the 2021-22 school year. Projections in this report are based on the most recent five years of TEA Standard Reports, Data, and Research (including TPEIR certification data) through March 5, 2020).
